Support > Repository > Aggregation/Graph > Aggregate numerical values

Specify a numeric type item in the measure. It is the most common aggregation.

Figure 1 shows a summary of product support times by date and by respondent. The measure is specified as an integer type item (here, time).

When narrowing down by the correspondent, the result of the summary view also changes.(Figure 2)

Figure 3 shows the definition of the "support" model using aggregate views.

Open "Screen> View> Summary View".Activate "Create Screen".

"Page Title" is also used as a button name for transitioning to the tabulation view. When it is blank, the button name becomes "Totalized view 1", so please set the page title as much as possible.

Set the items in the "dimension" column. This time we will prepare two dimensions."Corresponding by date, by responder" are taken.

In Figure 4, press the "major" button and specify which item to use as a measure.(FIG. 5)
Here we are trying to calculate the "total" of the items A, B, C which are numeric type items.

Figure 5 Setting items to become major

There is no need to separately specify the numeric format for the summary view.

The numeric format used in the summary view is the major itemSpecify numeric formatIf it is done, it adopts the most complicated one (long descriptive format string).

Figure 6 Numeric format specification is also automatically reflected in summary view

Depending on the data, summary results may not be obtained.

For example, in case of obtaining maximum and minimum, it is the case that all data is not input (not zero). In such a case, the summation result is NaN (Not a Number).

The summary result including NaN even one can not be displayed on the graph.
