Figures 1 and 2 are examples in which "yamada" and "suzuki" created a business daily report, respectively. There are two data stored in the database, but when searchingYou can only search daily reports created by you.Therefore, the search result is one case.(Figure 3)
Prepare the item "Creator" in the business daily report model.(Figure 4)
In "Creator" item, set the logon ID when displaying the registration screen and searching.
"Search time" means the value used for search conditions.Even if a value is entered in this field, the initial value specified here will be used for the actual search.
The "Creator" item should be read-only on the registration/update screen.
Activate "Hidden item (full screen)" in "Search control> common" in model item detail definition.(FIG. 7)
With this setting, as shown in Fig. 3, this item will not be displayed in the search condition part.
In Fig. 8, the creator item is displayed on the search screen.However, it is assumed to be read-only and input can not be performed.
