Multiple data can be selected on the list display screen and processed at once.
Figure 1 shows the list display screen with "Delete all at once" function enabled.
Select the target data by checking (enabling) multiple data. After that, you can delete multiple data collectively by pressing "Delete all" button.
The buttons of the batch processing system (batch deletion/bulk e-mail transmission/batch ledger/batch update) are displayed only when there is a search result. If there is no search result, the button is also hidden.
Open "Screen> Search/List View> Button Display".Display "Batch delete button" is set.
Open "Screen> Search/List View> Button Display".Press "Bulk update button> button setting".
Up to 10 batch update buttons can be prepared.
You can describe the processing when pressing the "batch update" button with a script.
For details of the script, see "Business Logic> Mass updateI will explain it.
Wagby offers two ways of operating batch processing.
It can be specified by "handling collective processing" prepared in "Screen> Search/list display> List display screen".Standard list is blank in this list box.In this case, it is interpreted as "target only screen display data for collective processing".
It is the standard method of collective processing. In the initial display, all check boxes are unselected. By clicking the check box provided in the header part, you can select all the displayed data. If unchecked, the checked data will be unchecked and will be unselected.
The selection state of the check box is not memorized (When moving the page, the initial state is unselected). I will explain this with the figure.
On the first page, select all the data.In this state I will move to the "next" page.
Here, I will return to the previous page.
The state selected in Figure 5 will be canceled.
When the screen is displayed, all data is checked. Even if the data spans multiple pages, the data of all the pages is checked. For example, if you delete in this state, all data which is not displayed on the screen will also be deleted.
By clicking the check box provided in the header part, you can select all the displayed data. If unchecked, the checked data will be unchecked and will be unselected.
In the grid display, you can prepare a check box field for selecting data. The following figure shows an example of collective deletion.
When using bulk selection, please disable "Transit to detailed display screen by clicking line of list display" setting.
Bulk delete is enabled here.
