Wagby offers two ways of operating batch processing.

It can be specified by "handling collective processing" prepared in "Screen> Search/list display> List display screen".Standard list is blank in this list box.In this case, it is interpreted as "target only screen display data for collective processing".

Figure 4 Handling of batch processing

Target data displayed on the screen for batch processing

It is the standard method of collective processing. In the initial display, all check boxes are unselected. By clicking the check box provided in the header part, you can select all the displayed data. If unchecked, the checked data will be unchecked and will be unselected.

At initial display
Data is not selected (check box is not selected). There is a check box to select all or cancel all data displayed.
When the data is spread over multiple pages and moved to the previous and next pages

The selection state of the check box is not memorized (When moving the page, the initial state is unselected). I will explain this with the figure.

On the first page, select all the data.In this state I will move to the "next" page.

Figure 5 Moving to the next page in selected state

Here, I will return to the previous page.

Figure 6 Back to the previous page

The state selected in Figure 5 will be canceled.

Fig. 7 Selected state is canceled
Data to be processed
Only the data selected in the checkbox of the page being displayed is eligible. If there is data that spans multiple pages, pages that are not displayed are not eligible.(Pages that are not displayed are treated as unselected).

Target all data as batch processing

When the screen is displayed, all data is checked. Even if the data spans multiple pages, the data of all the pages is checked. For example, if you delete in this state, all data which is not displayed on the screen will also be deleted.

Figure 8 Everything is selected when displayed on screen (selected across all pages)

By clicking the check box provided in the header part, you can select all the displayed data. If unchecked, the checked data will be unchecked and will be unselected.

At initial display
All data is selected. If there is data that spans multiple pages, all other pages that are not displayed are also selected.
When there are multiple pages of data and moved to the previous or next page
The selected state of the check box is memorized (even if you move the page, it keeps the selected state before).
Data to be processed
All the data selected in the check box. If there is data that spans multiple pages, those that are selected by the check box are also eligible for data on pages that are not displayed.
The "subject to all data batch processing" setting is "It is not supported in the grid format display.

In the grid display, you can prepare a check box field for selecting data. The following figure shows an example of collective deletion.
