When the search screen and the list display screen are displayed at the same time

The description of the description on the search screen is reflected.(The description of the description on the list display screen is ignored.)

The search process is performed immediately after transitioning to the search screen. You can also suppress this.It is effective in the following cases.

  • The number of corresponding cases of the initial search process is large, and it takes time to process.
  • Since the input check is set to the search condition, an input error always occurs in the search process immediately after the search screen transition.
Figure 9 Suppress initial search

Scope of application

The scope of initial search suppression is as follows.

  • When transitioning from menu or breadcrumbs.
  • When the search screen is displayed in the subwindow from "item reference (search screen) of other models" item. However, except when setting "Search condition of sub window from main window value".(Please read the following notes.)

important point

In "How to retrieve the search condition of the sub window from the value of the main window", the search process must be done at the time of opening the sub window because of the mechanism of the operation. In this case, please do not perform this setting.

If input check is set for the search item, an input check error may occur when opening the subwindow. In this case, you can avoid the problem by creating a submodel from which the input check is removed.

When you press the "Reset" button on the search screen, the value of the search condition is reset to the initial state. Also, if the search result is displayed before pressing, the result will also be cleared.

By default, this reset button does not perform search processing when it is pressed. This improves the response speed on the bodily sensation.

When reset button is pressed, uncheck if you want to search again as soon as resetting search conditions.

When there is only one search result, you can switch to the detailed display screen.(By default, it transitions to the list display screen.)

Example of operation

When the search result is 0, you can switch to the registration screen. The figure is an example of trying to execute a search by entering a value in the search condition.

Figure 13 Search by Specifying Search Criteria

When data can not be found, it automatically transits to the new registration screen. At this time, the value entered in the search condition is reused as it is as the initial value of the new registration screen.

Fig. 14 Transition to the new registration screen

Definition method

Figure 15 Setting to Transit to the Registration Screen When 0 Search Results

Detailed operation

  • It is valid when the search button is pressed.
  • When the search result is 0, the screen transitions to the new registration screen. At this time, the value entered in the search condition is automatically reflected as the initial value of the new registration screen. However, the value "0" or "-1" is not posted.
  • Recurring items, repeating containers are posted to the first record.
  • When there is an error in the search condition (mandatory input error, range check error, etc.), the screen does not shift to the new registration screen.

You can change the position of the button in the search condition part.

Place at the top

If you switch to another screen (other than the menu screen) using the breadcrumb link and then return to the search screen, the previous search condition will be restored. However, the search condition that was an error in the input check is not restored.
