The width of the label is adjusted to the largest value among the items in one layout.

Screen example

Figure 1 shows an example of changing the label width to 10%.(The standard value of the label width is 25%.)

Figure 1 Example of changing label width to 10%

Definition method

When narrowing the label width to less than the standard value of 25%About all itemsSet the "label width" of "style" prepared in the "Output control - Detailed screen" tab of the model item detail definition.

Figure 2 Setting the label width

Caution

Please change the label width of all items. If there is at least one setting mismatch, it is adjusted to the largest value (25% of the standard value here) as shown in Fig. 3.

Fig. 3 It is adjusted to 25% of the standard value due to setting leakage (the largest value)

Conversely, when the label width is set to be larger than the standard value of 25%About one itemYou can set it.

Fig. 4 Even if only one item has a label width of 50%, the whole is adjusted to this

Screen example

Prepare "customer name" and "customer kana" in vertical layout.
Figure 5 shows an example in which the label width of "customer name" is 50% and the label width of "customer kana" is 10%.

Figure 5 Change label width of each item

Definition method

Set the label width of each item.

Screen example

We prepare "customer name" and "customer kana" side by side layout (display ratio of both is 50% each).
In addition, Figure 6 shows an example where the label width of "customer name" is 50% and the label width of "customer kana" is 10%.
You can see that the label width of each item is different.

Figure 6 Change label width of each item

Definition method

Set the label width of each item.

If only the numerical value excluding "%" is set to the value of the label width, it becomes pixel designation.
Figure 7 shows an example in which each label width is set to "120".

Figure 7 We set the label width to 120 pixels

Let's try reducing the browser window width here.Although the overall layout maintains 50% and 50% in side by side, you can see that the label width is fixed at 120 pixels.

Figure 8 Label width does not change even if window size is changed
By setting the label width to be fixed, you can design a screen that the overall screen layout adapts to the window size change of the browser, while the appearance image does not change.
In the case of fixed values, appearance may change depending on the web browser. When specifying a small value (eg, a number less than or equal to 10), depending on the browser, this number may be ignored and automatic adjustment may be done.

For the label width setting of the list display screen, set the "label width" of "style" prepared in the "output control - list screen" tab of model item detail definition.

Figure 9 Setting the label width of the list display screen
When IE 9/10/11 is used for the browser, "style" is given to the style only when the label width of the list display screen is fixed.
When "Label width" and "Do not wrap" setting of the list display screen are set at the same time, display may differ between IE and other browsers.

Points to note when specifying by ratio

Set the column width of the list display item so that the total of each set value is 100%.

However, when buttons such as "Copy registration" and "Details" are prepared for each line on the list display screen, the button display may be misaligned. Since it is not possible to specify the column width of these buttons directly, in such a case set the sum of the column widths of the items to be listed in less than 100% and avoid it.

For the label width setting of the search screen, set the "label width" of "style" prepared on the "Search control" tab of the model item detail definition.
