Confirm an example of sending mail when an event such as "application" "approval" "remand" occurs.

"Flow Participant Setting Name 01" uses "Sequential, Sequential and Sequential Flow".In this example, we will explain it using user01 → user02 → user03.

Application

First, log on with user01.

Data was registered.At this point the workflow has not started yet.The following e-mail address is the applicant.

After applying, the next e-mail address changes to user02.

Approval

Log on with user02 and accept the flow.

After approval, the next e-mail address changes to user03.

Decision

Log on with user03 and accept the flow.

The flow state is now "settled".The next email address will be empty.

"Flow Participant Setting Name 02" uses "sequential, consultation, and sequential flow".In this example, we will explain using user 0A → (user 0 B, user 01) → user 0 C.

Application

First of all, log on with user 0A belonging to group 0A.(In this flow setting, anyone can do it if the applicant belongs to group 0A.)

When applying, the next e-mail address changes to user01, user02, user03, user0B.This is the e-mail address of all subjects included in the consultation.
