InitLoader provided by Wagby treats one record as one XML file. Therefore, by converting the data of the external system to the XML format (via InitLoader) it can be imported into the Wagby application.

At this time, as for the primary key, it is defined as automatic numbering in the Wagby definition file, and "-1" value can be set on the XML side to import.Specifically, it is as follows.

In this way, you can automatically assign a primary key.

Using the InitLoader update mode, existing data and data to be updated (newly)MergeYou can update it.By doing this, by preparing an xml file containing only the primary key and the element to be updated, it is possible to update each piece of data without deleting the existing data.

Detailed specifications are as follows.

  • Corresponds to all types and items such as character strings, numbers, and dates.
  • The repeated containers are "overwritten only on changed parts".
  • Container ID of repeating container is mandatory.In the case of description omission, update data of the container and subsequent containers is not reflected.
  • It is also possible to add repeat containers.The ID of the container data to be added must be a sequential number from the existing container.If there is a skip number, data update itself fails.(For example, if a container with an ID from 0 to 4 exists as an existing container, it is necessary to set the container ID to 5, 6, 7 ... when adding a container.That is, it is necessary to know in advance the number of containers of existing data before creating update XML data.)
  • You can not delete repeating containers.
