You can operate the import process (input data) and the export process (output data) to the database from the web browser. You can perform "backup" by saving the exported data to another media (DVD, BD, etc.).

On the import and export screen, the model names used by the application are listed.

List of target models
It is a model created by the developer.
Model list provided by the system
It is a model Wagby internally prepares.

Dictionary of Japanese model name is displayed in ascending order.

Figure 1 Import Export Screen (Initial State)

Export is a process of outputting data of a model stored in the database as a file. Perform the following procedure.

  1. On the screen, select the model you want to export. To select all, press the "Select all" button.
    Figure 2 Export operation
  2. After selecting the model, press the "Export" button to start the export process. This process takes time in proportion to the amount of data stored in the database.
When the check box "Handle in Zip format" is enabled, the exported data is grouped in one Zip format file.It is recommended because this is faster and reduces disk space to use.
  3. A completion message will be displayed when processing is completed normally. The message displayed under the completion message is the name of the folder where the exported data is stored.
    Figure 3 Export completed
  4. The export folder name is automatically determined by the following rule.
    data_YYYYMMDDHHMMSS
Here, YYYYMMDD indicates year, month, day, and HHMMSS indicates hours, minutes, and seconds.

Import is the process of specifying the exported folder (or zip file) and restoring the data.

  1. Select the import folder name.In the Import Folder Name column, the folder names (or Zip files) exported so far are displayed in a list format. The name of the import folder contains the exported year, month, date and time as a 14-digit number.

The number of data items in the import folder is displayed in red in the model name column. "(0)" indicates 0 data and "(X)" indicates that there is no data folder of the model.
The filename displayed is limited to those starting with "data_".
  2. Select the model to import. To select all models, click the "Select all" button.
  3. When you click the "Import" button, the following dialog will be displayed.Click "OK" button to start processing.

  4. A completion message will be displayed when processing is completed normally. The message displayed under the completion message is the name of the folder where the imported data is stored.
    Fig. 6 Exit import
By default, "Initialize table at import" is checked. If you do import with this check on, all registered data will be cleared and import data from the import folder will be imported.

If you want to import without deleting the check, import only the data that can be registered.in this case,If data with the same primary key as the data in the import folder already exists, that data will not be imported.
When using external database, import / export accompanying application change after buildscriptPlease do it.

If you add a model definition after operation, troubles may occur if you select "select all" at import. The operation flow in Figure 7 shows an example where the added master model information is deleted.

In operation, please choose models to import as necessary.

After importing data, you can let your own SQL execute automatically. For example, you can create views, create sequences, and create special indexes.

For details, see "Importing and Exporting Function Guide (R7)> Setting File> Extension file initdb_ex.xmlPlease read.

You can delete the target folder (or zip file) by selecting the folder (or zip file) and pressing the "delete" button.

Figure 8 Delete

You can download this file by selecting the target zip file and pressing the "download" button.

Figure 9 Download

The exported data is saved in $ (installation folder) \ export folder.

Figure 10 export folder
You can change the destination folder."Environment> customization> details> Data backup directoryPlease read.

The data is saved under the folder name displayed at the time of export processing. In the folder, folders are created by model name, in which one record 1 XML file is saved.

When backing up data, please copy all target folders to different media (another hard disk, DVD, BD etc).

Files uploaded with the "File type" item are saved in the upload_dir folder. It is not an export folder. Please also include this upload_dir folder when backing up.(This folder is created when a value is actually registered in the file type field. It does not exist immediately after installation.)

If the target data is large, you may not be able to view the result display screen due to timeout (a mechanism that forcibly releases the connection when the non-communication state continues for a certain period of time) before the processing is completed.

in this case"Run an import job immediatelyPlease use the function.

Automatically prepared import folder

"Data_init" and "data_build" are prepared automatically.

data_init

It is generated at build time.It contains only minimum data such as account and master model data. You want to return the database to the initial state, you can use it.

data_build

It is prepared when using built-in DB and difference build. The data just before the differential build is held. After building the difference, if you specify this data_build and import it, you can restore the state before the build.

In the case of a build error, data_build may be erased.

Out-of-scope model

The following models managed internally by the system are excluded from import export.

  • jfcmodel
  • jfcmodel4dm
  • jfclicenseholder

Import job schedule

If you import a job schedule, the jobs that are "enabled" automatically become valid. The job is started at the specified time.
